10th Street / Shipyard Drive / Waterfront will be fully closed under the SH146 Clear Creek bridge (Seabrook/Kemah bridge) daily from 6/19/19 to 6/21/19, 6:00am to 5:00pm each day. This closure is to create a work zone for bridge widening operations. Message boards will be placed to assist with directing traffic.
Lane and Street Closure Extended at 4th Street
ROAD CLOSURE EXTENDED
4th Street in Seabrook will be fully closed at SH146 from 7:00am 6/11/19 through 4:00pm 6/13/19. This closure is to install concrete storm sewer boxes under the road. Detour: Use 3rd Street to N Meyer Ave to detour around the closure.

The outside (right) northbound lane on SH146 will be closed at 4th Street in Seabrook from 9:00am to 3:00pm daily for the remainder of this week (through 6/15/19). This closure is to facilitate storm sewer box installation.

Easter Weekend Seabrook and Kemah Traffic Advisory
Motorists can expect increased traffic in and around the Seabrook Waterfront District in addition to traffic congestion around the Kemah Boardwalk on Good Friday and throughout the Easter weekend. Due to the anticipated traffic volume, the Seabrook and Kemah Police Departments will increase patrol. Seabrook will have an additional seven officers on duty on Friday, April 19, 2019; primarily assisting with traffic control in and around the Seabrook Waterfront District.
