3rd Street in Seabrook will have alternating lane closures at SH146 from 9:00am to 3:00pm on 10/28/19 and 10/29/19. This closure is to install concrete storm sewer under the road. Flaggers and police officers will be used as-needed to maintain two-way traffic.
