We will have an alternating lane closure of the SBFR from NASA through the south side of the arterial bridge to switch the SBFR traffic back from the temporary configuration onto the proposed SBFR pavement within those limits.

The northbound SH146 frontage road will be closed to through traffic north of the entrance ramp south of Red Bluff Rd continuously from 5:00 AM on Tuesday **10/17/23* to 5:00 PM on Monday 10/23/23*. All traffic will be directed to use the northbound entrance ramp south of Red Bluff Rd. Off-duty police officers will assist local traffic to and from businesses impacted by the closure.

Due to the weather, the Contractor is pushing the traffic switch and lane closure by one week.
The SH146 Expressway over Red Bluff Rd will open beginning at 5:00 AM on Tuesday** 10/16/23. The northbound entrance ramp will open for northbound traffic to enter and cross the Red Bluff bridge. ***The southbound entrance ramp will open for traffic to cross over the Red Bluff bridge beginning on Wednesday 10/18/23, but traffic will exit past Red Bluff and still use the Repsdorph intersection.

Traffic will be switched onto the new NBFR starting at Solomon and continuing across the bridge beginning Tuesday, 6/6/23 at 6:00 PM weather permitting. The traffic switch will reduce traffic to one lane of northbound travel, and the one land of northbound travel is expected to stay until September 2023.
