**UPDATED – CHANGED TO FULL CLOSURES**
10th Street / Shipyard Drive / Waterfront will be fully closed under the SH146 Clear Creek bridge (Seabrook/Kemah bridge) on 8/1/19 and 8/2/19, from 9:00am to 3:00pm each day. This closure is to create a work zone for a bridge column pour and for crane assembly. Message boards will be placed to assist with directing traffic.
The connector ramp from SH146 SB will be closed to all traffic except to and from the Seabrook Marina & Shipyard.
Traffic on SH146 SB trying to get to 10th Street / Shipyard Drive on the east side of the bridge will be directed eastbound on Main Street in Seabrook, then right on Todville Road.
Traffic on 10th Street / Shipyard Drive on the east side of the bridge trying to get to SH146 SB or the Seabrook Marina and Shipyard will be directed north on Todville Road, then turn left on Main Street in Seabrook, then left at SH146.
**UPDATED – PUSHED FROM 8/5/19**
3rd Street in Seabrook will be fully closed at SH146 from 6:00am 8/8/19 through 6:00pm 8/9/19. This closure is to install concrete storm sewer boxes under the road. Use Main Street to Cook Avenue to detour around the closure.
NEW AND ADDITIONAL CLOSURES
The outside (right) northbound lane on SH146 will be closed just north of Marvin Circle from 9:00am to 3:00pm on 8/1/19. This closure is to facilitate storm sewer box installation.
The outside (right) northbound lane on SH146 will be closed on the existing Clear Creek Bridge (Seabrook/Kemah Bridge) on 8/6/19 and 8/7/19, from 9:00am to 3:00pm each day. This closure is to set new girders on the bridge widening.
The outside (right) northbound lane on SH146 will be closed at SH96 on 8/6/19, 8/7/19, and 8/8/19, from 9:00am to 3:00pm each day. This closure is to stage girders to be delivered to the project site.
These closures are subject to change if needed due to weather. Uniformed Police Officers will be onsite to assist if needed.
