The outside (right) northbound lane on SH146 will be closed on the existing Clear Creek Bridge (Seabrook/Kemah Bridge) for 36 consecutive hours from 12am onAugust 4th through 12pm August 5th.
The first 12 hours of this closure will allow for pouring a large new section of bridge deck for the northbound widening.
The following 24 hours of this closure are to minimize vibrations that could cause cracking in the newly poured deck.
The inside (left) lane will remain open so no detour is needed. Expect delays during the morning rush hour period.
